RECOMMENDED LEARNING
TaiLENT’s Recommended Learning System is a powerful tool to enhance users’ learning experience by guiding them to achieve their learning goals in a targeted and personalised way through an intuitive platform that facilitates access and use of recommendations, with:
- the provision of tailor-made training content, increasing user engagement and motivation
- reducing time needed to find relevant courses and materials
- continuous support in the acquisition of new skills relevant to the user’s career
- effective use of the training resources provided for the individual or the organisation.
In particular, the TaiLent platform employs a recommendation system that uses advanced algorithms to suggest customised learning content to individuals based on their specific learning needs and objectives, providing targeted recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of a customised training path.
Thanks to a sophisticated ‘recommendation’ system, based on the gaps identified in relation to each of the skill areas analysed, TaiLENT will be able to:
- suggest the use of both self-directed learning contents provided in e-learning mode, free and/or paid, and in-depth materials sought online, catalogued and distinguished by thematic areas, to improve and/or increase people’s skills in relation to the gap identified
- enable the expert staff of a company or public body to assess the possibility of promoting and providing ad hoc training courses, with the possible support of training agencies and/or consulting companies, delivered in the classroom and/or in experiential mode, as well as coaching activities, project work and any other solution based on innovative teaching methods.
The TaiLent Recommended Learning System
