THE PROJECT GAP
GAP – Generation and Learning
“COMPARING GENERATIONS – Promoting Age Diversity Management in organizational contexts” – DGR 110 of 12/02/2024, Economic Policies, Human Capital and Community Programming Area – Training and Education Directorate PR Veneto FSE+ 2021-2027
The project GAP addresses the issue of intergenerationality in workforce management, influencing relationships, the transfer of knowledge and skills, and the balance between personal and professional life. In multigenerational contexts, finding win-win solutions is essential for sharing values and knowledge..
Through interventions such as indoor training, seminars, workshops, coaching and laboratories, the project GAP promotes dialogue, networking and synergies between people of different ages, helping them to manage the complexity of the labour market, including self-employment, self-entrepreneurship and work re-insertion.
The path begins with an analysis of the training gap, continues with interventions that develop technical and soft skills and culminates in the definition of models and good practices adaptable to individual and group needs in the workplace.
The TaiLent Platform, of CONFORM S.c.a.r.l., will support the initial phase of the project GAP, where the recipients (workers, freelancers, self-employed workers, entrepreneurs, business owners), of different ages and with diverse professional skills and experiences, will take part in an “elevator camp” to become more aware of their strengths and areas for improvement, through a skills gap analysis functional to define intergenerational working groups and the relative educational and professional growth paths.
In particular, The AI-based “TaiLent” system will allow recipients to:
1 – analyse their CV as regards customized skills and/or with a connection to INAPP
2 – complete an interview on 22 behavioural skills administered according to three distinct levels (Executive-operational, Management-Technical, Managerial-Directive), with an analysis of the results through the combination of multiple algorithms for gap assessment and the suggestion of multiple training solutions through the recommendation system
3 – the Self-Assessment of digital skills (European DigiCOMP framework), with an analysis of the gap detected and suggestions provided by the recommendation system, with possible personalized level access (low, intermediate, advanced, specialized) to recommended learning objects and/or informative content
4 – the Self-Assessment of Green skills (European GreenCOMP Framework), with an analysis of the gap detected and suggestions provided by the recommendation system, with possible personalized level access (low, intermediate, advanced, specialized) with possible personalized level access
5 – The Self-Assessment of Entrepreneurial Skills (European EntreCOMP Framework) with an analysis of the gap detected and suggestions provided by the recommendation system, with possible personalized level access (low, intermediate, advanced, specialized) to recommended learning objects and/or informative content
6 – The Self-Assessment of the soft skills of “Negotiation”, “Goal Orientation”, “Time Management”, “Communication”, “Collaboration”, “Customer Orientation”, “Problem Solving”, “Team Working”, “Project Management” and “Quality orientation”, with an analysis of the gap detected and suggestions provided by the recommendation system, with possible personalized level access (low, intermediate, advanced, specialized) to recommended learning objects and/or informative content.
