CONFORM S.c.a.r.l.’s “TaiLENT” platform offers operators in the HR functions of companies and public bodies, as well as analysts/designers of employment and/or professional training agencies, the possibility of monitoring the possession and adoption of the desired skills both for new hires and for existing staff, providing targeted and personallized training responses in relation to identified skills gaps, in order to encourage and facilitate staff development in response to future developments in the company context and the relevant reference market

In today’s highly dynamic working environment, the “TaiLent” platform, and the artificial intelligence solutions it employs, allow you to ensure effective and efficient human resources management by providing important support to HR managers in their activities:

  • recruitment, allowing you to attract, identify, engage and retain talent, to generate and sustain a competitive advantage over time.
  • onboarding, encouraging the provision of specific and personalized development training courses to be provided to new recruits in line with their expectations, potential and ambitions.
  • upskilling/reskilling, to address obsolescence and the risk of employees leaving the labour market, consolidating/developing their skills.

Using an innovative mix of technologies, the “TaiLent” AI-Based system processes information collected through Self-Assessment and surveys/interviews to provide an assessment of skills, sentiment and emotion. This process allows you to generate one or more personalised recommendations both as regards profile and training to help users bridge the gaps identified as regards the possession and implementation of one or more skills, promoting their professional development.

Thanks to a sophisticated “recommendation” system, based on the gaps detected in relation to each of the areas of expertise analysed, TaiLENT can:

  • suggest the use of both self-directed learning contents delivered in e-learning mode, free and/or paid, and in-depth materials sought online, catalogued and distinguished by thematic area to improve and/or increase the skills of people in relation to the identified gap;
  • allow the expert staff of a company or public body to evaluate the possibility of promoting and providing ad hoc training courses, with the possible support of training agencies and/or consultancies, delivered in the classroom and/or in experiential methods, as well as coaching activities, project work and any other solution based on innovative teaching methodologies.

The Conversational Avatar integrated in the “TaiLent” platform represents an innovative fusion of artificial intelligence and state-of-the-art user interface, that allows intuitive and personalised navigation to purchase services.

Using advanced Natural Language Processing, Understanding and Generation technologies, the Avatar interacts with users in a natural way, also analysing verbal, non-verbal and paraverbal elements to adapt communication to the emotional state of the user.

Designed to optimise the user experience, the system adapts to individual needs, promoting loyalty and building long-term relationships. In addition, the Avatar offers an autonomous booking function, also accessible to people with disabilities or with hands-free preferences, constantly monitoring requests and sending automatic updates to users and practitioners.
